I visited for dinner with my son after a recommendation from our local golf pro, and we were not disappointed! The menu had some great choices, and we were impressed with the specials board. Our food and drinks orders were taken quickly, the beer was excellent, and the food itself was superb with generous portion sizes. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. It's great to see this local pub so tastefully refurbished and serving such great food and beer. We'll definitely be back to try the seafood platter!

A group of 21 (yes 21!) of us bombarded this beautiful pub today at short notice due to a change in plans and honestly we're expecting a bit of push back, but the welcome and service we received was incredible, we were able to all sit together and our hosts moved heaven and earth to make us comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel wanted the second we entered. The staff were friendly, approachable and even gave the kiddies treats and sweets from their Halloween stash. My 2 year old son took a shine to a stuffed toy on display, and preparing myself for a tearful parting of ways, the landlord incredibly let us keep the toy, a heartfelt, genuine and amazing gesture. (Thank you again). Despite the huge order, the food all arrived promptly and piping hot and no-one had a negative thing to say. The locals were friendly, asking about us and recommending local places to visit. All in all a 100% experience. Cannot recommend enough and would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you from all of us!

Highly recommend this place. My first time here for an event 'reggae' night with my family. Beautiful place (even the toilets) , staff all worked hard -staff member Erin stood out the most getting glasses, serving food and having fabulous customer service. Great prices for delicious food and drinks. Will return. Thanks team #the whispering angel

Visited the Angel pub in Ramsey today. Lovely establishment, smiling happy staff . Order a seafood platter which was delicious, as it was early we shared the platter which was more than enough for a light bite . Had a conversation with the managers as we were leaving & it is obvious from their enthusiasm that customer service & satisfaction is a huge priority. Definitely recommend & will be back to sample the other delights on the menu. Well done to you all.

Was down from Birmingham visiting family and they took us to the Angel for lunch. What a delight. Great restaurant lovely friendly staff and above all superb great tasting food . Easiest 5 star rating ever. Cannot recommend highly enough
